Getting Started With Users and Players
When you sign up with MyAdTV for a Starter, Standard or Professional Package from our web site, you receive a 'User1 account and a 'Player1 Account.
Your 'User1 account allows you to: · login · create advertisement content · upload media files · schedule advertisement displays · build your account
structure · exchange ads with other businesses
Your 'Player1 account allows you to display scheduled advertisements from any pc connected the internet. Place your display virtually anywhere. Just be creative! |

Expanding 'User' Accounts
From your 'User1' account, you can subscribe to additional 'User' and 'Player' accounts.
For example, say you want to delegate your digital signage content management to someone else while still retaining overall control over the process.
You simply create a new account for your web designer, User2. This 'User2' account will have its own login name and password and have full access to all utilities as you do.
Now you have two accounts: 'User1' for yourself and User2 for your Content Manager. Your User1 account will have higher admin rights than the Content Managers 'User2' account. User1 can edit, suspend and delete any content that is created by itself and 'User2'. 'User2' can totally control its own content, but it can only view User1 content.
The 'Player1' account will play all active content created by
both 'User1' and 'User2'. |

Centralized Control Model
When you are ready to expand your MyAdTV digital signage coverage, you simply subscribe to more 'Player' accounts. You can create these new accounts with or without assigning them to your Content Manager. MyAdTV allows you to reconfigure the account structure by reassigning account owners at any time.
You can play the content of each of the 'Player' accounts from any computer. To play the content, you just need to run Internet Explorer from a computer connected to the Internet and type in the designated URL for that 'Player' account.
No software installation is required. It is just that

Distributed Control Model
You can further expand your account structure to give your company staffs more control over product promotions and sales campaigns.
In many cases, store managers have to react to the sales condition in the stores immediately during sales campaigns. For example, an item is put on sale for 20% and is selling very well in the first 3 hours. The store manager may want to lower the discount to 10% so that the stock will last for the rest of the day. MyAdTV makes it happen for you!
With our instant message editing and posting capability, the store manager simply logs in to his/her account from a remote computer and edits the text of the ad and hits update. The changes are immediately posted to the 'Player' account. Customers see the revised ad the very next time it is displayed.

Ad Agency Model
Our account architecture as well as our payment system is designed for third party vendors to build businesses on top of our platform.
Businesses such as web designers, ad agencies and system integrators, just to name a few, can easily add the digital signage component to their existing revenue models.
A vendor can manage all the client accounts from a single root account. Each client account can be either billed to the vendor or to the client directly from our payment system. This way, vendors have a choice on how they want to package their products or services.
From the clients' point of view, they each have their own environment where they can build their account structure depending on their needs.

Multilevel Ad Agency Model
As your business grows, you probably need account managers to handle all your client accounts. You can create an additional level (Level 2) and reassign client accounts to various account managers.
As the root account (User1), you can assign a client account to a different account manager at any time. There is complete flexibility for you to create an account structure that fits your company organization. You can modify the structure as your company evolves to optimize your workflow. |

National Chain Stores
By the same token, MyAdTV allows national chain stores to construct a complex, yet easy to build account structure. The most common breakdown of a chain store's organization contains 5 levels - Corporate, Regional VPs, Regional Managers, Local Store Managers and Local In-Store Displays. Users at every level can contribute content to each of the in-store displays.
For example, Corporate may run a promotional campaign
nationwide, while regions may have their own campaigns on different products
and local stores may have to put overstock items on sales. The in-store
displays will compose a play list that contains content posted by accounts
from all levels automatically. The high up you are in level, the more editing
right you have. The right hand side of the account structure under V2 illustrates the flexibility available. In this fictional example, 'R3' and R5 may directly manage player accounts (D7 and D12). Modifying account structure is a one step process; simply by changing the account owner from within your login account.
